Common questions

I paid but the app still shows locked sections.
Open the paywall and tap Restore. Purchases are tied to the Apple Account that made them, so make sure you're signed in with the same one.

I deleted the app. Do I have to pay again?
No. Reinstall, open the paywall, and tap Restore. Your assessment answers are stored only on your device, so those are gone — but the unlock is permanent and you can retake the assessment in a couple of minutes.

My friend put in my code and nothing happened.
They need Dossier installed and their own assessment finished first. The invite you send includes a link to the app for exactly that reason.

Is this a subscription?
No. Dossier Pro is a single payment that unlocks the app permanently. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything Dossier stores lives on your device and goes with it. There is no account and no server copy.
